Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training Program

In today’s competitive business environment, there is a strong need to create customer value while using minimum time and resources.  The integration of Lean and Six Sigma provides a business model that enables organizations to effectively drive performance improvement.

Simons-White & Associates, Inc. in partnership with the Ohio State University Alber enterprise Center presents a Lean Six Sigma Training program designed for individuals in small to medium size manufacturing and service companies.  The ten-day program consists of two sessions of five days each to allow participants time to apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.  The course includes support from our Master Black Belts and enables participants to complete projects that will yield significant bottom-line results.

Program Requirements

  • Attendance and participation for all ten days of training
  • Completion of a Lean Six Sigma Project
  • Participants are expected to have a laptop computer, as MINITAB® demo software will be available to support project implementation
