We have developed our world-class
eCoaching platform with outstanding features. Our system supports our
training and coaching delivery with a blended mix of on-site as well as
online activities. A typical
coaching program involves: (a) one or more on-site training sessions by
our expert instructors, (b) one or more online training sessions, and
(c) coaching of hands-on projects by a senior coach and on-site
facilitator operating as a help desk for trainees.
