Norma Simons has proven her abilities as a quality systems designer, training course developer, trainer, manager, and process and performance improvement consultant. She has:
- Developed quality systems for process and performance improvement.
- Implemented performance management systems (Business Operating Systems) for several global manufacturing organizations (including a Fortune 500 company), resulting in significant cost reductions.
- Developed a Process Auditing program for DaimlerChrysler that was launched to 43 facilities focused on identifying key processes, performance metrics and process-based auditing.
- Developed a Process Mapping course that is currently being offered to 2500 employees at an insurance company.
- Developed a Six Sigma program that is being used for global implementation with a manufacturer in the aerospace industry.
- Coached, advised and consulted with top executives of Fortune 500 companies in establishing a management reporting structure for managing organizational performance
- Prepared applications for global organizations pursuing a state-level Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award.
