Norma's Community Involvement

Norma believes in and is committed to community involvement. Here is a list of some of the organizations she works with:
- American Society for Quality (ASQ) 1010, Ann Arbor Section – serves on the Board of Directors as Secretary
- ASQ Greater Detroit Section
- Speaks regularly at multiple ASQ chapters including Ann Arbor, Greater Detroit, and Akron
- Ambassador to the Ann Arbor Area Chamber of Commerce
- Contributed to the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce Summer School 2006 programs
- Walked 60 miles in 2005 to raise funds for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation
- President of the Board of Trustees for Church of Today West in Farmington Hills, Michigan
- Supports and contributes to Touching Little Lives
- Volunteers as a contributing member of the Michigan Minority Business Development Council (MMBDC), in addition to speaking at the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) in Washington, D.C.
