Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is a systematic methodology that uses tools, training, and the project management discipline to improve performance of any operational process. This LSS Green Belt program is designed to provide a starting point for your LSS program that will enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of your production and customer service processes.

Green Belts are introduced to basics of the Lean Six Sigma toolbox to the level of preparation where they are qualified to sit for the LSS Green Belt examination (available from independent third parties). The Minitab software or Excel are used as statistical analysis tools.

 Course Objectives:

Upon completion of this training module or session, each participant will be able to:

  • Use basic statistics for process analysis.
