Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is a systematic methodology that uses tools, training, and the project management discipline to improve performance of any operational process. This LSS Black Belt program is designed to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of your production and customer service processes.

Black Belts are introduced to basics of the Lean Six Sigma toolbox to the level of preparation where they are qualified to sit for the LSS Black Belt examination (available from independent third parties). The Minitab software or Excel are used as statistical analysis tools.

A coached project, based on an approved project definition by your champion, is used as the practical basis of learning for the Black Belt level of competency.

 Course Objectives:

Upon completion of this training module or session, each participant will be able to:

  • Apply the problem solving approach to practical problems.
  • Use statistical analysis to enhance process diagnosis and design.
  • Support implementation of LSS through the organization.
