- Onsite visit and evaluation

- Assess how work is currently performed

- Select the people who need to be involved in the intervention
- One-day fast-paced interactive seminar on “Principles of the Lean Office”
- Select a project for Lean Office implementation
- Conduct a four-day Kaizen event
- Develop a system for onsite trainers.
