Full-Scaled Implementation
Performance Management is focused on the organization as a whole and involves departments, processes, products and services, projects and teams working together to accomplish desired results. A full-scaled implementation is designed for organizations that have not yet started a formal program of performance management or who may have only portions of the system working.
Purpose
The creation of a performance management system forms the basis for decision-making at all levels of the company. To that end a full scale implementation program ensures the proper development, design, deployment and alignment of performance metrics.
