ISO 9001 Certification
At Simons-White & Associates, we believe that having an effective quality management system is critical to a company’s success. In 2003 the management systems of Simons-White & Associates were assessed by DNV and we were issued a certificate of conformance that our systems are compliant with ISO 9001. The scope of our certification covers the design, development and delivery of learning interventions.
Our Quality Management System takes into account the following:
- Course materials are up to date in accordance with industry standards.
- Instructors receive additional information commensurate with ongoing changes.
- Instructors continually improve their knowledge level for material provided by attending seminars, networking events, webinars, and participating in opportunities with AIAG.
- Practical information is received from each client enabling us to customize each course.
- Participant or customer feedback is used to measure the impact of the training.
If there are indications that the customer is not satisfied, or opportunities for improvement are identified, then a quality improvement form is issued and the program is modified.
